Presentation Instruction

The program will be posted in program page in the week of September 7.
Online registration requirements
All authors are requested to complete the registration with payment for your participation by September 15, 2026 at Online Registration page.
If we do not receive your registration with payment, your paper will be considered as withdrawn paper.
If you have special reason to extend the payment, please contact the Conference Secretariat at dtda_2026@semiconportal.com.

The poster session will be held at 18:15-19:30 on October 12, Sapporo Grand Hotel followed by the banquet. All accepted authors are encouraged to join the banquet on October 12. (9,000 JP Yen for banquet per person)
IEEE Copyright Form (ECF)
Authors of accepted abstracts must transfer the copyright to IEEE in order for the abstract to be included in the conference proceedings and submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore by September 11, 2026. The co-authors of the manuscript will not be able to sign the copyright transfer form.
The copyright transfer form can be accessed from the ‘Manuscripts > Current’ option in the side in you My Page.

For Abstract Only Submission Authors
The abstract with “Abstract Only Submission” will not be included in any publication, the authors with the “Abstract Only Submission” do not need to submit IEEE Copyright Form.

VISA information
For travel to Japan, please check here if visa is required from your country.
In case you need supporting documents for your VISA application, check “Yes” at the “VISA Application Document” at the time of the conference registration by September 4, 2026.
