
Abstract Submission
Preparation of the Abstract
Authors need to prepare Camera-Ready, 2-page abstract, including text, figures, tables and references, for online submission. Accepted abstract will be published electronically in the Extended Abstracts which will be available on October 20, 2025 (JST), the first day of the conference. The authors are advised to use the abstract template available here.
- Title of your final paper
- Name, affiliation, and country of the first author (and co-authors, if any)
- Up to two pages of text including a brief abstract. The text should be clearly divided into different sections and should include explanation of new results, findings and their significance while clearly stating experimental and computational conditions. The abstract should clearly state the purpose of the work
- Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE’s quality standards.

Guideline for Abstract Submission
- Title of your paper
- Name, email address, affiliation, and country of the first author (and co-authors, if any)
- Names, affiliations, city, state, country of additional authors
- Suggested track (from Application Area 1–6, Plenary & Keynote) into which the paper fits
- Abstract for the paper
- Keywords
After the abstract submission, the authors will receive the confirmation mail from conferences@ieee-eds.org about your submission.
IEEE Copyright Form
Deadline for submission the IEEE Copyright Form
on or before August 31, 2025
Note for Authors with accepted abstract: Authors must sign a copyright agreement through
the IEEE EDS conference system. Detailed instructions will be emailed after your paper is accepted.
- log in to IEEE Confcomm using the credentials used during manuscript submission
- click on “Alerts” in the main menu;
- click on “IEEE copyright agreement for paper
If there is no such link under your Alerts menu tab, then one of the author has already signed the agreement on behalf of all authors.
